Our highly skilled production team produce a truly diverse range of seating from straight seating or curved seating to booth seating with an almost unlimited range of back styles which include plain, multi roll, panel back, fluted, deep buttoned to name just a few. - Client approved drawings are passed by the CAD department to joinery for programming onto the CNC machine.
- The components cut on the CNC machine are then assembled by our joinery team.
- Ready assembled seating frames are then moved to upholstery preparation for springs or webbing and foams to be fixed.
- The upholstery team is then ready to cut the chosen cover which is machined and then upholstered onto the seating.
- If polish matched cappings or plinths are required our joiners will cut these and they are then sprayed in-house.
- Each section has its own series of checks and measures before passing quality control and being handed on to the next part of production.
Whether sprung or platform base, our seating has been independently tested to BS EN 15373: 2007 for severe use. We fully understand the importance of minimising down time for businesses and build our products in a quality controlled environment before shipping to site when virtually complete with fitting undertaken by our own team, who will also fit any associated cappings and any other sundries required. |
