From receiving your initial enquiry to project completion, you will be appointed a dedicated project manager.  This way we can ensure a consistently high level of customer service, an in-depth understanding of your seating requirements, and the benefit for you of having just one point of contact.

Your project manager will liaise with you about the following aspects where relevant:

  • Client / designer / architect site meetings
  • Quotations with standard sections to show seating style
  • Arranging fabric and leather samples
  • Agreeing wood polish finishes etc
  • Prototyping if required before committing to a full production run
  • Liaising with our CAD department regarding layout ideas and styles
  • Ensuring that drawings and layouts are signed off prior to manufacture
  • Booking production space for your seating
  • Arranging a site survey if required
  • Booking site fit dates with you, or your main contractor
  • Ensuring you receive your Cleaning & Maintenance details and Fire Certificates plus a copy of all signed off drawings
