Jamie's Italian Westfield

REF: 7231

The Brief

Jamie Oliver and his team wanted a fresh and stylish feel to this new restaurant, but also wanted it to be different from any previous sites. They wanted lots of new and exciting design features, but still retain a clear Jamie’s Italian “feel”. There are a variety of zones within the restaurant which needed to flow together.

The Solution

In the front and rear areas of the restaurant, bespoke stitch fluted back sprung base banquettes were provided by Craftwood. Solid oak feature rails and chunky tapered solid oak legs add to the appearance of the seating being free-standing.

At the centre of the restaurant booth seating has been used to great effect. A stunning blue leather was selected and the seating backs were deep-buttoned to give an added wow factor to the area. The booths again are on solid oak legs with a dummy plinth set back to make cleaning beneath the booths easier whilst still giving the appearance of being completely free-standing.

A striking new Jamie’s Italian restaurant encompassing many stylish and unique features.

“Craftwood were a pleasure to work with on this project, providing us with great samples and drawings prior to construction which enabled us to envisage exactly what we were going to get on site. Their professionalism made the entire process run smoothly and we couldn’t have been happier with the finished product.”
