The Result

A well thought out, themed interior, music, cocktails, plus gourmet pizzas, quickly turned Old Street Records into a bustling success, the epicenter of Shoreditch nightlife no less, according to Time Out. It mimicked that achieved by Venn Street Records in Clapham, Rocket Leisure’s initial venture, for which Craftwood has also provided seating. Indeed, so popular has the Old Street venue become that plans are underway for an adjoining café and record store. All three establishments have a distinctive and immediately recognizable interior look – one of exposed brickwork and music memorabilia – ably complemented by sumptuous banquette seating. Strong on comfort these feature sprung bases while offering additional under seat storage, superlative comfort with practicality that could well be Craftwood’s watchwords .
