I have wanted a banquette bench for ages. After searching online, I found that many companies only provide for the hospitality trade. Craftwood does both trade and domestic. From start to finish, their service has been exemplary. The sales manager, Paul, was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. My interaction with the designer, Maddison, progressed smoothly. She was patient and very efficient. Her drawings were very detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting. I took delivery today of the bench, which I chose to be made as two 1m lengths for easy moving in the future. I love the colour, which we chose from a swatch. The men who delivered the bench, Dave and Carl, were polite, friendly and good fun. I am so delighted with my experience and have no reservations in recommending Craftwood Banquette Seating.

We did visit the showroom, to confirm quality and styles available. The Quality reflects the value, it wouldn't be difficult to contract a cheap alternative, I recommend the extra for craftwoods product. The service is good and follows a quality process. Fitting two benches into a corner position took 4 fours, reflecting the care and professionalism of the install. Our design and colours to maximise use of space, there is a vast variety for someone else's choice.

The quality of build and finish is absolutely superb.. it is better than we imagined and has made a huge difference to our living space.
We have made quite a few changes to our new house and added in some lovely features but our banquette is definitely our favourite.

Craftwood provide a very professional service, nothing is too much trouble for this team. They really helped me on the Coheasus Office project, we had a tight deadline and a tricky area to install the banquette seating. A site visit was arranged so quickly and once production drawings were signed off they worked very hard to ensure we could meet the project deadline. The banquette seating is fantastic quality, so comfortable and they colour matched the veneer panelling to the floor beautifully. I cannot recommend working with Craftwood highly enough.
